Available Positions & Requirements
Position 1: Junior Sales Officer
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or related field
- 1–2 years of sales or customer service experience
- Interest in coffee, food & beverage, or FMCG sales
- Basic communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to work in the field and meet customers regularly
- Basic computer skills (MS Office); CRM experience is an advantage
Position 2: Head – Café Operations
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of café or restaurant operations experience
- At least 3 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of food & beverage service
- Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Experience in the coffee business is a strong advantage
Position 3: Marketing & Sales Head
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Minimum 6 years of sales and marketing experience
- At least 4 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience in coffee, FMCG, food & beverage, or commercial sales
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and strategic planning skills
- Experience in B2B, institutional, and distributor sales is highly preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Position 4: General Services Manager
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Logistics & Supply Chain, Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field
Experience & Skills
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in general services, facilities, or administration management
- Strong knowledge of fleet management, facility operations, and service contracts
- Proven ability to manage budgets, vendors, and compliance requirements
- Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills
Position 5: Café Manager
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Minimum 6 years of café or restaurant experience
- At least 3 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of food & beverage operations
- Leadership, customer service, and communication skills
- Computer literacy (POS systems, MS Office)
- Experience in the coffee business is a strong advantage
