Position: Electrical Engineer (Fresh Graduate)
Position Overview
BrookTech Electro-Mechanical PLC is seeking a highly motivated Fresh Graduate Electrical Engineer to join its team in the role of Electrical Data Collection. This entry-level position provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on field experience while contributing to critical national power infrastructure projects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, verifying, and managing electrical data from various project sites, supporting effective planning, execution, and reporting of power system projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and verify electrical and power system data from field project sites
- Support planning and execution of transmission and distribution projects
- Maintain accurate technical records and reports
- Work closely with engineers, technicians, and project teams
- Ensure data quality and consistency for engineering analysis
- Travel to different regions of Ethiopia as required
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong foundational knowledge of electrical engineering principles, especially power systems
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work in a field-based and site-oriented environment
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting
- Eagerness to learn and grow professionally
Language Requirements
- Proficiency in Amharic is required
- Proficiency in Oromiffa is highly preferred
Work Location
Various project sites across different regions of Ethiopia
Willingness to travel is mandatory
