Position 1: Sales Consultant
Education
Applicants should have:

Experience
Candidates should have:
- Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience in real estate or related industries
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and close transactions
- Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or real estate is an advantage
Required Skills and Competencies
Candidates should have:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
