Kadisco Paint and Adhesive Industry S.C., formerly known as Kadisco Chemical Industry PLC, is a privately owned Ethiopian company located in the Akaki Kality Industrial Zone, Addis Ababa.
The company manufactures a wide range of products including construction paints, industrial paints, automotive paints, wood and concrete lacquers, and adhesives for wood and leather industries.
Kadisco Paint is inviting fresh graduates and motivated professionals who are interested in developing a career in sales and distribution to apply for the following position.
Position: Retail Sales
Education
Applicants should have:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in:
- Marketing
- Business Administration
- Sales Management
- Related fields
Experience
Candidates should have:
- 0–1 year of relevant work experience
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Internship or university fieldwork experience in sales or marketing is an advantage
Required Skills and Competencies
Candidates should have:
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel frequently within assigned regions
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Fluency in Amharic and working knowledge of English
- Strong interest in developing a career in sales
