Position 1: Junior Human Capital & General Services Officer
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in:
- Human Resource Management
- Business Administration
- Related Fields
Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in HR or administrative support roles is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.

Position 2: Aftersales Quality & Operations Audit Officer
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in:
- Industrial Engineering
- Business Administration
- Related Fields
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in:
- Operations Audit
- Quality Assurance
- After-sales Operations
- Experience in the furniture industry is an advantage.
Required Skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with ERP systems
- Knowledge of audit methodologies (RCA, Lean)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate across departments

Position 3: Full Stack Software Developer
Qualification
- Relevant education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.

- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in full-stack software development.

Qualification

Experience
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in facility or building maintenance supervision.
Required Competencies
- Strong technical knowledge of:
- Electrical Systems
- Plumbing Systems
- HVAC Systems
- Mechanical Systems
- Experience supervising technicians and external service providers
- Ability to read technical drawings and manuals
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook

Position 5: General Accounting Division Head
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree (BA) in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Master’s Degree (MA) is highly preferred.
Experience
- BA Holders: Minimum 8 years of progressive accounting experience.
- MA Holders: Minimum 6 years of progressive accounting experience.
- At least 4 years of experience in a senior supervisory or managerial role.
