Educational Qualification
Applicants must have a Bachelor’s Degree in:

Experience and Requirements
Applicants should have:
- Proven sales experience in the real estate industry
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- High self-motivation and a target-driven, results-oriented approach
- Strong computer skills
- Experience using real estate software, CRM systems, and property databases
Key Responsibilities
The Real Estate Sales Professional will be responsible for:
- Representing Metropolitan Real Estate professionally and with integrity while maintaining the company’s image, reputation, and credibility
- Identifying, engaging, and securing prospective buyers through strategic sales activities
- Promoting and selling apartment units through effective presentations, negotiations, and market-driven sales strategies
- Maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring high customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
- Forwarding qualified leads, client information, and sales-related data to the company accurately and on time
- Applying market insights and data-driven decision-making to support clients’ real estate investment objectives
- Consistently meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets by monitoring performance and adjusting sales strategies when necessary
