Position: Digital Marketing Officer
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in digital marketing, content creation, or related roles
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in social media platforms, Google Analytics, and basic graphic design tools
- Basic graphic design knowledge (Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator)
Skills & Competencies
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of SEO/SEM and digital advertising
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights
- Familiarity with email marketing tools and campaign management
Transversal Skills:
- Excellent communication and writing skills for digital content creation
- Creativity and attention to detail in visual design
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines efficiently
- Collaborative mindset and team-oriented approach
- Adaptability to fast-paced and evolving work environments
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and execute digital marketing campaigns
- Create engaging content and visual materials for marketing initiatives
- Manage social media channels and online community engagement
- Conduct email marketing campaigns and lead generation activities
- Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing objectives
