Position Summary: Internet Promoter (Night Shift)
This is an entry-level role with full training provided. As an Internet Promoter, you will be responsible for handling customer interactions and online engagement in areas including digital products, animation, and gaming.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns promptly through online platforms
- Maintain excellent communication and service standards in English
- Follow company guidelines and policies with discipline and consistency
- Stay motivated, patient, and proactive while managing customer interactions
- Participate in ongoing training and contribute to team targets
Required Qualifications
- Age between 18 and 28 years
- Basic computer literacy
- Proficiency in English communication (verbal and written)
- High energy, positive mindset, and ability to work under pressure
- Interest in animation, gaming, or digital content is an added advantage
- No prior experience required; training will be provided
