Meklit Microfinance Institution S.C is a transformed commercial microfinance institution established under Proclamation No. 40/96 and revised Proclamation No. 626/2009 issued by the National Bank of Ethiopia. The institution provides financial and non-financial services to micro, small, and medium enterprises, as well as low-income communities, particularly women, in both urban and rural areas of Ethiopia.

Position 1: Customer Service Officer (Cashier)
Educational Qualification:
- Diploma / Level IV or BA Degree in Accounting and Finance or related fields
Additional Requirements:
- Certificate of Competency (COC) is mandatory
Terms of Employment: Permanent
Place of Registration: Outlet Branches and Head Office
Salary: As per the institution’s salary scale
Position 2: Attorney
Educational Qualification:
- Diploma or LLB Degree
Experience:
- 4 years for Diploma holders
- 2 years for Degree holders
Additional Requirements:
- Certificate of Competency (COC) is mandatory
Terms of Employment: Permanent

Position 3: Marketing Officer
Educational Qualification:
- Diploma or BA Degree in Marketing Management or related fields
Experience:
- 4 years for Diploma holders
