Position: Sales Representative
The Sales Representative is responsible for managing and expanding assigned territories to drive sales growth for Heineken Breweries products. The role requires strong relationship management, proactive execution of outlet strategies, and the effective use of digital tools to enhance customer engagement and sales performance.
Educational & Experience Requirements
- BSc or BA Degree in any relevant field
- 0–3 years of related experience (FMCG experience is an advantage)
- Fluency in the local base town language is mandatory
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow assigned sales territories
- Build strong relationships with key clients and outlets
- Execute outlet strategies to maximize sales performance
- Utilize digital tools to enhance customer engagement and reporting
- Track performance metrics and contribute to sales reporting initiatives
