Meklit Microfinance Institution S.C is a commercial microfinance institution providing both financial and non-financial services to medium, small enterprises and low-income communities, particularly women, across urban and rural areas of Ethiopia.

Position: Customer Relation Officer
Educational Qualification:
- Level IV/Diploma or above in Accounting, Banking, or related fields
- COC (Certificate of Competency) is Mandatory
Work Experience:
- 0–1 year of relevant experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
Technical and Other Skills:
- Strong belief in teamwork and collaboration
- Basic computer skills (MS Office applications)
- Excellent written and oral communication abilities
- Demonstrated technical ability to work effectively with all organizational levels
- Sound understanding of participatory and sustainable development approaches
