Position: Marketing Officer – Educational Content & Outreach
Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for education and digital innovation? Join our growing team to lead marketing campaigns, shape engaging content, and build a strong digital presence that supports students across Ethiopia.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Management & Creation
- Develop and manage marketing materials aligned with curriculum goals and the platform’s mission
- Collaborate with tutors and internal teams to ensure brand consistency
- Review and update digital content regularly for accuracy and relevance
2. Strategic Marketing & Outreach
- Lead outreach campaigns across social media, events, and partnerships
- Drive brand engagement through mainstream and digital channels
- Analyze marketing performance data and optimize strategies accordingly
3. Cross-Team Collaboration & Execution
- Coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors for content delivery
- Support webinars, student events, and community outreach programs
- Ensure smooth communication across stakeholders to meet project goals
What You Need to Succeed:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Software Engineering, Education, or Communications
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing or content development (exceptional fresh graduates may apply)
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in digital/educational marketing, content creation, or outreach
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling ability
- Familiarity with social media marketing, automation tools, and digital learning platforms
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of video editing and multimedia tools is a plus
- Passion for education and innovation
