Position: Junior Network Engineer – Entry-Level Field Support
Are you a recent graduate looking to jumpstart your tech career? Join our field project team and gain real-world experience in designing and deploying IT networks and infrastructure systems. This is a rare opportunity to work alongside senior engineers and build a professional portfolio from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Support & Configuration
- Assist with network setup, system integration, and configuration
- Participate in the implementation of wired and wireless networks, CCTV systems, and server infrastructure
Field Work & Deployment
- Conduct site visits and assist in surveys, cable routing, and hardware installation
- Support testing, documentation, and troubleshooting during live deployments
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with project managers and senior engineers on field assignments
- Provide support across multiple sites and ensure timely task execution
What You Need to Succeed:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer or Electrical Engineering, or a related field (graduated recently or in 2024/2025)
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of IP addressing, switching, routing, and wireless technologies
- Strong willingness to learn, travel, and work under pressure in field conditions
- Team player with good communication and time management skills
Preferred (Not Mandatory):
- Entry-level certifications (e.g., CCNA, HCIA)
- Prior internship, project, or academic experience in IT networking or infrastructure
- Understanding of CCTV, firewalls, or structured cabling is a bonus
