Position Overview: Manager – Banking Operation III
Siinqee Bank is looking for an experienced and results-driven Manager – Banking Operation III to join its leadership team under the East Finfinnee District. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing day-to-day operations, leading teams, and ensuring high-quality service delivery aligned with regulatory standards and bank policies.
This is a high-impact role suited for experienced banking professionals with proven leadership capabilities and a strong track record in branch operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all banking operational activities at the branch level
- Monitor service quality, compliance, and regulatory adherence
- Provide leadership to teams in line with the bank’s operational strategy
- Ensure efficient implementation of banking products and services
- Oversee daily financial transactions, internal controls, and reporting
- Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with district management to align performance goals
Required Qualifications
- Education: BA/MA/MBA in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Marketing Management, or related fields
- Experience: 7 or 8 years of progressive experience in banking operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role such as Team Leader, Branch Manager II, or equivalent
