Open Positions
1. Customer Care Associate
Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other channels
- Resolve complaints effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of interactions
- Follow call center processes and utilize available tools
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing, Management, or related fields
- 0–1 year of customer service experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Amharic, and Tigrigna
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
Location: Addis Ababa
2. Customer Experience Associate
Responsibilities:
- Ensure a seamless and positive experience across all stages of the customer journey
- Gather and report customer feedback to help improve services
- Represent the voice of the customer across internal teams
- Support the development of customer-centric solutions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Management, or related fields
- Fresh Graduate
- Excellent communication skills in English, Amharic, and Afan Oromo
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
