Position: Procurement and Property Administration Officer
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Marketing Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 2+ years of relevant work experience.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Strong knowledge of Government property management and procurement regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and related software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage stressful situations effectively.
- Commitment to continuous updates on:
- Clinical facilities and promotions
- Relevant laws and policies in procurement and property management
Key Responsibilities
- Manage procurement and property administration activities in line with regulations.
- Perform duties efficiently to meet organizational objectives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with staff and partners.
- Represent LHC positively to stakeholders and the general public.
