Position: Junior Procurement Officer
Qualifications:
- BA Degree or Diploma in Procurement & Supply Management, Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
- 0 years of relevant work experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Basic knowledge of procurement procedures and supply chain principles.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Good computer skills (MS Word, Excel; ERP systems is an advantage).
- Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and issuing purchase requisitions, RFQs, and purchase orders.
- Support supplier identification and evaluation based on price, quality, and service.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier databases.
- Follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Assist in preparing bid documents and participating in bid evaluations.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and regulations.
- Provide administrative support to the procurement team.
