Available Positions
Position 1: HR and Administration Officer
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 2–4 years of relevant HR and Administration experience.
- Experience in hospitality, retail, real estate, or service industries is advantageous.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Position 2: Food & Beverage (F&B) Cost Controller
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in accounting, finance, or hospitality management are advantageous.
Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in F&B cost control, inventory management, accounting, or hospitality finance.
- Experience in hotels, restaurants, resorts, catering operations, or hospitality groups is highly preferred.
- Experience with POS systems, inventory systems, and ERP software is an advantage.
Position 3: Training and Capacity Building Officer
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Education, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in Learning & Development, Training Management, Coaching, or Human Resources are advantageous.
Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in training, learning and development, capacity building, or HR development.
- Experience in designing and facilitating training programs is preferred.
Position 4: Administrative Assistant & Receptionist
Qualification
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Secretarial Science, Office Administration, or a related field.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in reception, administration, customer service, or office support roles.
- Experience in a professional office environment is preferred.
Position 5: Senior Purchaser
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as CIPS, CPSM, CPP, or equivalent are advantageous.
Experience
- Minimum 4–5 years of procurement or purchasing experience.
- At least 2 years in a senior purchasing or procurement role.
- Experience in supplier negotiation, contract management, and strategic sourcing.
- Experience with ERP systems and procurement software is preferred.
Position 6: Construction Supervisor
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building Technology, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in construction or safety management are advantageous.
Experience
- 4–5 years of relevant construction experience.
- At least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Required Skills
- Strong leadership and project coordination skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and construction documents.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and construction management software.
Position 7: Head of Human Resources (HR)
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
- Master’s Degree or MBA is advantageous.
- Professional HR certifications are highly desirable.
Experience
- Minimum 8–12 years of progressive HR experience.
- At least 3–5 years in a senior HR leadership position.
- Experience managing multiple HR functions and leading HR teams.
Required Skills
- Strategic thinking and business acumen.
- Organizational development and change management expertise.
- Talent development and performance management capabilities.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Position 8: Finance Manager
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- MBA, Master’s Degree in Finance, or Accounting is advantageous.
- ACCA, CPA, CMA, CIMA, or equivalent certifications are highly desirable.
Experience
- Minimum 5–8 years of progressive finance and accounting experience.
- At least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Experience in budgeting, taxation, financial reporting, and audit management.
- Experience using ERP or accounting software is preferred.
