Position 1: Learning and Development Officer
This role focuses on building employee capacity and supporting structured learning programs within the bank.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement staff training and development programs
- Support learning management system (LMS) activities
- Coordinate employee skill development initiatives
- Prepare training materials and reports
- Support HR development strategies
Requirements
Education:
- BA Degree in:
- Accounting & Finance
- Banking & Finance
- Management
- Marketing Management
- Or related fields
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years as Junior Learning & Development Officer
- Experience with LMS is an advantage
- Graphics design skills are a plus
Position 2: Financial Reporting (IFRS) Officer
This role supports financial reporting and ensures compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial reports
- Ensure IFRS compliance in reporting processes
- Support budgeting and financial documentation
- Assist in audit preparation and reporting accuracy
- Maintain financial data integrity
Requirements
Education:
- BA Degree in:
- Accounting & Finance
- Banking & Finance
- Management
- Marketing Management
- Or related fields
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years as Junior Financial Reporting (IFRS) Officer
Certification:
- Diploma in Financial Reporting or ACCA Certification required
General Requirements
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in financial systems and reporting tools
