Education: BA degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

2. Key Account Sales Officer — Buna Pen & Buna Plate
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: More than 3 years of experience in sales or key account management. Experience in manufacturing or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) is preferred.
Key Skills:
- Growing revenue from key accounts.
- Maintaining customer satisfaction and retention.
- Developing new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Preparing accurate sales forecasts.
Location: Addis Ababa
3. HR Records and Archives Clerk
Education: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Secretarial and Office Management, Management, or a related field.
Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in HR records management, document control, filing, and archiving.
Required Skills:
- Good record-keeping, filing, and document archiving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to maintain the confidentiality of employee records.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage physical and electronic documents.
- Strong sense of responsibility and integrity.

4. Head, Project Performance and Financial Auditor
Education:
- Master’s degree preferred, or bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering with strong financial audit experience.
- Professional audit certifications are highly desirable.
Experience:
- Master’s degree holders: At least 10 years of progressive relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree holders: At least 12 years of progressive relevant experience.
Experience should cover areas such as:
- Internal and external auditing.
- Project auditing and financial control.
- Performance auditing.
- Auditing large capital projects across diversified business portfolios.
Experience in agriculture, farm operations, livestock development, construction, manufacturing, logistics, and export trading is desirable.

5. Senior Internal Auditor
Education: BA or MA degree in Accounting or Accounting and Finance.
Experience: At least 7 years of relevant work experience.
Additional Advantage: Experience in corporate and farming industries.
