Position: Junior Sales Officer
Education Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience:
- No prior work experience required
Skills & Competencies:
- Basic communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
- Confidence to approach customers and present products
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel)
- Team player with a positive attitude
Job Summary:
The Junior Sales Officer will support sales activities, learn about products, assist in client engagement, and contribute to achieving sales targets. This role is ideal for fresh graduates eager to build a career in sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Support staff in identifying and contacting potential customers
- Assist in promoting company products/services through calls, visits, and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales activities
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients
- Prepare and share daily/weekly sales reports with supervisors
- Learn and understand the company’s products, pricing, and sales strategies
- Contribute to achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Attend sales meetings, trainings, and field visits as required
- Provide excellent customer service and handle basic customer inquiries
- Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor
