Currently, Kerchanshe employs more than 1,250 permanent staff and over 10,000 seasonal workers across its operational areas.
Position: Management Trainee
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree (BA) in Management, Business Administration, or related fields
Experience Requirement
- Fresh graduates of 2024 and 2025
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5 and above
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment
- Proactive, energetic, and result-oriented mindset
- Basic computer skills (MS Office applications)
