As part of this growth, Kegna Beverages is implementing SAP Business One ERP to modernize its financial systems. The current engagement seeks skilled professionals to assist with backlog transaction posting and reconciliation, ensuring all financial data is fully migrated and accurate.
Position: ERP Finance Data Entry Assistants
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, or related fields (preferred).
- Proven ERP system experience (SAP Business One strongly preferred).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Hands-on experience in transaction posting, reconciliations, and data validation.
- High attention to detail with ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Immediate availability to work full-time for 1–2 months.
- Prior experience in ERP implementation support or backlog transaction posting is a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Post financial transactions (purchases, payments, journal entries, etc.) into SAP Business One.
- Migrate and reconcile historical financial data from Peachtree to SAP.
- Verify accuracy and completeness of entries against source documents.
- Generate trial balances, ledgers, and reports for reconciliation.
- Collaborate closely with the Finance and ERP teams to ensure timely and accurate posting.
Contract Terms
- Duration: 1–2 months (with possible extension).
- Compensation: Competitive, based on experience.
- Schedule: Full-time, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (on-site).
- Location: Addis Ababa.
