Kadisco Paint and Adhesive Industry S.C., formerly known as Kadisco Chemical Industry PLC, is a privately owned company located in the Akaki Kality Industrial Zone of Addis Ababa. The company originated in the late 1960s as a small automotive parts dealership and has since grown into one of Ethiopia’s leading manufacturers of paints and adhesives.
Today, Kadisco produces a wide range of products for the construction, industrial, and automotive sectors, including decorative and industrial paints, wood and concrete lacquers, and adhesives for the wood and leather industries.
Available Job Positions
Position 1: HR Intern
Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, or related field
- 0–1 year of work experience
- Strong communication skills in English
- Knowledge of labor law
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Willingness to build a career in the HR field
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Position 2: Executive I – Retail Sales
Location: Mekelle, Ethiopia
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales Management, or related field
- 0–1 year of relevant experience (internships or university fieldwork is an advantage)
- Strong interest in sales and the FMCG/distribution industry
Required Competencies & Skills
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel frequently within assigned regions
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel)
- Fluency in Amharic and working knowledge of English
- High motivation to grow into a professional sales career
Position 3: Executive I – HR
Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in the HR field
- Strong communication skills in English (mandatory)
- Knowledge of labor law
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work and grow in the HR profession
Position 4: Executive II – Project Sales
Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
Required Competencies & Skills
- Strong interest in construction and project-based sales engagement
- Good communication and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel frequently for site visits and client meetings
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer engagement
- Good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluency in Amharic and good working knowledge of English
