As we expand our reach, we are hiring a Junior Sales Representative to join our business development team in Addis Ababa.
Position Overview: Junior Sales Representative

Qualifications & Requirements
- 0–2 years of sales experience (preferably in SaaS or hospitality sectors)
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital sales tools
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to learn
Preferred:
- Experience selling to hotels, spas, gyms, or restaurants
- Background in PMS, POS, reservation or hospitality software
- Existing industry network in the hospitality space
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify potential clients through cold outreach, referrals, and events
- Qualify and prioritize leads from inbound and outbound sources
2. Consultative Sales & Product Demos
- Understand client pain points and tailor solutions accordingly
- Deliver customized product demonstrations for hospitality businesses
3. Pipeline & Deal Management
- Maintain CRM records and manage a healthy sales pipeline
- Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals efficiently
4. Client Relationship Management
- Support onboarding for new customers and gather feedback
- Collaborate with support and product teams to enhance client experience
