Position: Junior Pre-Sales Engineer – Entry-Level Tech Role
We are looking for a motivated and self-driven Junior Pre-Sales Engineer to join our team. This is an ideal role for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about enterprise IT, cybersecurity, and digital innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in understanding client requirements and recommending tailored IT solutions
- Prepare technical documentation, proposals, and presentations for clients
- Support senior engineers in conducting demos, product trials, and proof-of-concept sessions
- Participate in designing basic technical solution architectures
- Research and track trends in networking, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, etc.) to enhance proposal quality and productivity
- Maintain organized reports and support pre-sales operations with documentation
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Knowledge of enterprise IT concepts: networking, servers, storage, and cybersecurity
- Interest in cloud computing, data protection, or network architecture
- Preferred certifications: CCNA, entry-level cybersecurity certifications, or similar
- Strong presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with generative AI tools for efficiency in documentation or technical research
- Curious mindset, with a strong desire to learn and grow in the IT industry
- Ability to multitask and collaborate effectively in a team environment
