Position: Sales Representative
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sales Representative with experience in the electrical or hardware industry to join our growing team. This role requires a results-driven individual who is capable of developing new client relationships and managing sales pipelines independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell cable products, extension cords, power strips, and related electrical equipment
- Identify and establish relationships with new clients, especially in the B2B sector
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing distributors and customers
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate products
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Provide timely sales reports, market trends, and competitor insights
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience, ideally in electrical, cable, or hardware sectors
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of cable products and accessories (preferred)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with B2B sales or working with distributors is an advantage
- Familiarity with the Ethiopian electrical market is desirable
