Position: Junior People and Administration Officer
As the Junior People and Administration Officer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Dodai’s human capital and administrative operations. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for driven, detail-oriented graduates looking to build a career in a dynamic, mission-led company.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with employee onboarding, documentation, and orientation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records
- Support implementation of HR and administrative policies
- Coordinate meetings, schedule interviews, and draft HR correspondences
- Assist with compliance to Ethiopian labor laws and regulations
- Maintain office supply inventories and handle basic logistics
- Help foster a productive, inclusive, and engaging work environment
Qualifications and Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Management, HRM, Business Administration, or related fields
- Experience: 6 months – 1 year in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced or startup environment
- Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Problem-solving and critical thinking
- Familiarity with Ethiopian labor laws
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Email, and basic HR tech tools
- High levels of integrity, dedication, and adaptability
