Position Summary – Junior Packaging Operator
United Beverages is looking for energetic and passionate fresh graduates to join its production team. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in packaging operations, production systems, preventative maintenance, and manufacturing excellence within a modern beverage facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor packaging machinery and production lines
- Support preventative maintenance and basic troubleshooting
- Ensure compliance with Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) policies
- Maintain product quality and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Required Education and Qualifications
- BSc Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electro-Mechanical Engineering, or related fields
OR - Diploma/Level IV from a recognized vocational or technical institution in relevant disciplines
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Training in Brewing, Packaging, Engineering, or Utilities is an advantage
Required Skills and Competencies
- Strong understanding of teamwork principles
- Basic knowledge of continuous improvement and preventative maintenance
- Good problem-solving ability
- Understanding of SHE policies and statutory requirements
- Ability to adapt positively to change
- Knowledge of written and spoken English is an advantage
