Position 1: Customer Service Officer II
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields
Experience
- Two (2) years of Banking Operations experience
- Knowledge of IFB is advantageous

- Jigjiga
Position 2: Senior Customer Service Officer
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields
Experience
- Three (3) years of banking experience
- IFB training certification is advantageous

Position 3: Branch Operation Supervisor
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields
Experience
- Four (4) years of Banking Operations experience
- Knowledge of IFB is advantageous

Position 4: Branch Manager
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields

- Six (6) years of Banking Operations experience
