Position Summary
We are hiring Junior Accountants to support the daily financial operations of our company. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or diploma holders with accounting experience to grow within a reputable and professional organization.
Minimum Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, or Accounting & Finance (0 years of experience required)
OR - Diploma in Accounting or related field (2 years of relevant experience required)
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Disburse petty cash approved by the Finance Department
- Prepare and submit documentation for unspent petty cash reconciliation
- Issue checks authorized for payment
- Verify and issue receipts for collections (cash/check), and deposit funds to bank
- Submit deposit slips and check stubs to the General Accountant
- Collect monthly bank statements and related documentation
- Support other finance-related tasks as assigned by the manager
