Position Summary
We are currently seeking a vibrant and skilled Main Teacher to join our early childhood education team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career teachers who are enthusiastic about delivering interactive, play-based learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver lessons aligned with the Cambridge system’s scheme of work
- Apply creative, engaging, and age-appropriate teaching techniques
- Promote a safe, disciplined, and positive classroom environment
- Encourage social development and build student self-confidence
- Monitor and report on student performance and progress
- Use digital tools, including AI-assisted learning methods, where appropriate
- Identify student needs and provide individualized support
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom
- Perform other duties as assigned by school leadership
Required Qualifications:
- Education:
- Minimum of a Diploma in any field from a recognized college or university
- Experience:
- 0+ years of experience (fresh graduates are welcome)
- Familiarity with the Cambridge system is an advantage
Skills & Competencies:
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written) at B2 level or above
- Basic knowledge of computer applications and AI use in education
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and creativity in the classroom
- Supervisory or classroom leadership skills (preferred)
- Knowledge of other languages, particularly Arabic (a plus)
