Position: Junior Quality Assurance Pharmacist
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy
Experience:
- No prior work experience required
Skills and Attributes:
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive and committed to outcomes
- Knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)
Main Responsibilities:
- Review batch processing records and notify errors for correction
- Prepare, review, and issue batch processing documents
- Conduct daily/weekly inspections for cGMP compliance
- Record and follow up on non-compliance issues
- Prepare summary reports of observations for QA/QC Manager
- Participate in periodic self-inspections and audit follow-ups
- Manage CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) documentation and follow-ups
- Review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and technical documents for compliance
- Archive and retrieve superseded documents
- Prepare Product Quality Review (PQR) documents for manufactured products
- Follow up on departmental training and archive related documents
- Assist in validation and qualification activities, documentation, and reporting
- Check stability study data for deviations and take necessary actions
- Prepare and review approved vendor lists for APIs, raw materials, and packaging materials
- Perform other QA duties as assigned by QA Manager
Place of Assignment: Addis Ababa
