Position 1: Reporters / Interns
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, Communications, or a related field
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Strong writing and storytelling abilities
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking
- Commitment to journalistic ethics and accuracy
- Ability to work collaboratively in a newsroom environment
- Proficiency in digital tools for writing, communication, and research
Language Requirements:
- For English Products: Proficiency in English and at least one local language (Afaan Oromoo or Amharic)
- For English and Amharic Products: Proficiency in English and Amharic
- Additional language skills are considered an advantage

Position 2: Intern Cameraman / Video Editor
Educational Qualification:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Film, Journalism, Communication, or related fields
Required Skills:
- Basic experience with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve)
- Understanding of framing, lighting, and camera operation
- Interest in AI tools for multimedia production (voiceover, captioning, automation)
- Creativity, attention to detail, and teamwork
- Strong time management and eagerness to learn
