Open Positions:

1.Client Service Representative

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or BSc in health-related fields (preferably Medical Laboratory)
• 0–2 years of experience
• COC certified
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Key Competencies:

• Effective communication & empathy
• Client relationship management
• Teamwork and attention to detail
• Organizational and problem-solving skills

2. Compliance Officer – Customer Experience

Qualifications & Experience:

• BA in Healthcare Administration, Quality Management, or related field
• 3+ years in customer service or compliance in a healthcare setting
• Familiarity with ISO 15189, JCI, or other healthcare standards

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and improve customer feedback and complaint systems
• Coordinate corrective actions and prepare trend reports
• Deliver customer service training
• Document and report on customer interactions
• Assist in audit preparations and compliance tracking

3. Document Control & Records Management Officer

Qualifications & Experience:

• BA in Quality Management, Health Information, or related
• 2+ years in document control (preferably in medical/laboratory setting)
• Experience with ISO 15189 or ISO 9001 QMS standards

Responsibilities:

• Manage QMS documents (SOPs, logs, manuals) with version control
• Ensure audit-readiness of records and documentation
• Archive documents with naming and retention policies
• Track review cycles and update master lists

4. Quality Assurance Data Analyst

Qualifications & Experience:

• BA in Data Science, Biostatistics, Medical Laboratory Science, or related
• 2+ years in quality data analysis (preferably in healthcare)
• Experience with ISO 15189, CAP, or JCI (preferred)

Responsibilities:

• Analyze quality metrics (KPIs, EQA/IQC, audit findings)
• Create actionable management reports aligned with ISO 15189 Clause 8.8
• Maintain centralized quality databases
• Support documentation of internal quality processes
