Position: Internal Auditor
Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for internal control, risk management, and compliance? Dashen Brewery is looking for a skilled Internal Auditor to strengthen our internal controls and support business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the development of the annual audit plan in coordination with stakeholders
- Provide risk-based internal audits and assess internal control effectiveness
- Assist in identifying, evaluating, and managing business risks
- Report audit findings, inefficiencies, and risk gaps with actionable recommendations
- Ensure management follow-through on audit recommendations
- Monitor compliance with internal policies and procedures
- Provide quality assurance support to high-impact projects and cross-functional teams
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and ethical compliance
What You Need to Succeed:
Minimum Qualification:
- BA Degree in Accounting & Finance
- Minimum 4 years of audit experience in an FMCG or manufacturing environment
