Available Positions
1. Sales Agent
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales or similar roles is desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Self-starter with proactive approach to achieving goals
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales leads and opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with the marketing team on sales strategies
- Maintain accurate sales activity records
- Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer needs
Location: Addis Ababa
2. Reporters
Requirements:
- Strong passion for journalism and commitment to pursuing it as a career
- Willingness to work flexible hours
- Fluent in English
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment
- Attention to detail and critical thinking
Key Responsibilities:
- Write investigative articles, feature stories, and analytical pieces
- Understand and report on the economic and business landscape
- Produce five originally sourced news stories per week
- Operate under strict deadlines
- Communicate promptly with editors and accept feedback
