Position: Junior Booking Agent – Call Center
Hybrid Designs PLC (RIDE) is seeking detail-oriented and customer-focused individuals to join its call center team. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about customer service and can perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Experience:
Zero years of experience required (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
Good data entry and computer skills (MS Office, CRM, booking software)
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Basic computer and smartphone usage
Typing speed of 25–35 WPM recommended
Familiarity with data entry and customer call logging systems
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and online platforms in a timely and professional manner
Process bookings, cancellations, and modifications accurately using the company’s reservation system
Provide service information, pricing, and availability details to customers
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
