Hybrid Designs PLC (RIDE) is an innovative Ethiopian IT company and the operator of RIDE, the largest taxi booking platform in Ethiopia. The company operates mainly in Addis Ababa and Djibouti and has become one of the most recognized tech-enabled transport brands in the country.
The company is currently recruiting for customer service and communications roles to support its expanding operations.
POSITION 1: Junior Booking Agent – Call Center
Mandatory Requirements (Strictly Enforced)
Applicants must meet ALL of the following:
- Diploma or Degree in a relevant field
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Clear speaking voice
- Basic computer skills
- Typing speed of 25 WPM or above
- Immediate availability to start work
Work Conditions
- Rotational shifts are mandatory
- Night shifts may be required
Location Requirement (IMPORTANT)

Denbel, Hayahulet, Megenagna, 24 Kebele, Wello Sefer, Agona, Kera, Gofa, Addis Gebeya, Mexico, Lideta, Shola, Ferencay, Lamberet, or Bole
Applicants must:

POSITION 2: Junior PR & Communications Officer
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related fields
- 1–2 years of relevant experience (internships included)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Amharic
- Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Office, Canva, and Google Workspace
- Understanding of corporate messaging and brand communication
- Strong attention to detail and proactive attitude

- Event communication assistance
- Crisis communication support
- Design coordination
- Documentation and reporting
