Position: Airport Coordinator
Location: Addis Ababa
Employment Type: Full-time | Flexible shifts including nights/weekends
Deadline to Apply: June 15, 2025
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel and Tourism Management from a recognized university
- Fresh graduates (2024–2025) encouraged to apply
- Internship experience is a plus
Language & Technical Skills:
- Fluent in English and at least one Ethiopian local language
- Basic computer operation skills
- Strong communication and service-oriented mindset
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional airport pick-up and drop-off services
- Monitor flight schedules and baggage claim areas to ensure timely and accurate service
- Verify passenger identities (ID, passport) upon arrival
- Offer assistance with luggage and mobility needs
- Maintain a responsive, patient, and customer-centric attitude
- Ensure safe and smooth transitions from the airport to the next destination
Work Conditions:
- Must be willing to work early mornings, late nights, and weekends based on flight schedules
- Must demonstrate a high sense of responsibility, patience, and service
