Open Positions
Position 1: Junior People & Administration Officer
Location: Addis Ababa
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Management, HR, Business Administration, or related fields
- 0–1 year experience in a fast-paced office
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Familiarity with Ethiopian labor law
- Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Email)
Position 2: Customer Engagement Officer
Location: Addis Ababa
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Communications, Business, or Customer Service
- 1–2 years in a support, call center, or service role
- Experience with tech, logistics, or mobility companies a plus
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho Desk, Zendesk)
- Strong communication, multitasking, and reporting skills
Position 3: Customer Success Officer
Location: Addis Ababa
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s in any field (technical background is a plus)
- Experience in customer service, admin, or technical roles preferred
- Bonus: Knowledge of e-bikes, repair processes, CRM tools
- Office software skills (Google Sheets, Microsoft Office)
Position 4: Quality Assurance Supervisor
Location: Addis Ababa
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 2 years in quality control or assurance (manufacturing/assembly)
- Supervisory experience and knowledge of QA tools (5 Whys, inspection forms)
- Ability to lead QA teams and communicate across departments
- Proficiency in Excel, Word for documentation
