Open Positions
Position 1: Junior Field Sales Representative (Somalia Region)
Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned retail locations according to the schedule and management directions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and local retailers
- Promote Holland Dairy’s products and increase market share
- Collect and report sales and market data regularly
- Comply with company dress code, communication standards, and daily routines
- Conduct surveys and execute market strategies as required
Qualifications & Requirements
- BA degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Fluency in Somali language is mandatory
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales or related fields
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Experience in data collection and customer feedback
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines
- Strong work ethic, energy, and passion for growth
Position 2: Market Developer (Hawassa)
Key Responsibilities
- Drive market development activities to expand product reach
- Identify and onboard new distributors and retailers
- Analyze customer insights and sales data to optimize distribution
- Coordinate with sales teams for territory expansion and product visibility
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Field mobility and willingness to work in diverse environments
