Junior Sales Representative
Minimum Qualification
Degree in:
- Business
- Marketing
- Management
- Other related fields
Required Skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written)
- Sales-driven and target-oriented mindset
- Highly motivated and results-oriented attitude
Key Responsibilities
- Receive customer orders and issue invoices
- Conduct cold and warm calls to prospective clients
- Schedule and follow up with leads and existing customers
- Apply cross-selling and upselling techniques to increase sales
- Ensure monthly sales targets are achieved or exceeded
- Develop and maintain customer accounts
- Inform clients about promotions and discounts
- Track appointments, sales activities, complaints, and status reports
- Maintain accurate customer records and order documentation
- Facilitate product delivery coordination
- Ensure data accuracy in Business Central and PEDS systems
- Record and follow up on customer complaints
