Available Positions
Position 1: Customer Service Agent
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Previous experience in front office, customer service, or hotel operations is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent grooming and professional presentation
- Ability to remain calm, discreet, and organized under pressure
- Strong multitasking and attention-to-detail skills
- Good computer skills; experience with hotel property management systems is an advantage
- Knowledge of local geography and tourist attractions is a plus
Duty Station: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Recreation Supervisor
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Sports Science, Recreation, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in recreation or leisure operations, preferably in a hotel or resort
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent guest service, communication, and organizational abilities
- Knowledge of safety regulations, first aid, and pool maintenance procedures
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with hotel systems is an advantage
Duty Station: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Sales Account Manager
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years proven sales experience in the hospitality industry
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Excellent analytical skills and market awareness
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Strong customer-service orientation and professional demeanor
