1. Customer Service Officer II
- Qualification: BA Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of banking experience (IFB knowledge is advantageous)
- Duty Stations: Addis Ababa, Adama, Chora, Atnago, Dire Dawa, Wereta
2. Internal Control
- Qualification: BA Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant banking experience (IFB certification preferred)
- Duty Station: Head Office
3. Senior Customer Service Officer
- Qualification: BA Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of banking experience (IFB certification preferred)
- Duty Stations: Addis Ababa, Adama, Chora, Atnago, Dire Dawa, Wereta
4. Branch Operation Supervisor
- Qualification: BA Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of banking operations experience (IFB knowledge advantageous)
- Duty Stations: Addis Ababa, Adama, Chora, Atnago, Dire Dawa, Wereta
5. Branch Manager
- Qualification: BA Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields
- Experience: Minimum 6 years of banking operations experience (IFB certification advantageous)
- Duty Stations: Addis Ababa, Adama, Chora, Atnago, Dire Dawa, Menbuk
6. Customer Service Manager
- Qualification: BA Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of related banking experience (IFB certification advantageous)
- Duty Stations: Addis Ababa, Adama
