Qualification
Applicants must have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields
Experience
- 2 years of banking operations experience
- Knowledge of IFB is an advantage

- Shabe Sombo, Bonga, Mota, Bichena, Bahir Dar, Jawi, Gonder, Bambasi, Hirna, Boke Xiqo, Melka Jabdu
Position 2: Senior Customer Service Officer
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields
Experience
- 3 years of banking experience
- IFB training certification is an advantage

Position 3: Branch Operation Supervisor
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields
Experience
- 4 years of banking operations experience
- IFB knowledge is an advantage

Position 4: Branch Manager
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields
Experience
- 6 years of banking operations experience
- IFB certification is an advantage

Position 5: Manager, Planning & Result Management
Qualification
- Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Banking & Finance, or related fields
Experience
- Master’s: 6 years
- Bachelor’s: 8 years
- Includes 2 years in supervisory roles

- Head Office
Position 6: Director, Strategy & Transformation
Qualification
- Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Banking & Finance, or related fields
Experience
- Master’s: 10 years
- Bachelor’s: 12 years
- Includes 4 years in managerial roles (strategy, business development, CRM, branch operations)
