Position 2: Senior Customer Service Officer
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years banking experience
- IFB training or certification is advantageous

Position 3: Branch Operation Supervisor
Qualification

Experience
- Minimum of 4 years banking operations experience
- Knowledge of Interest-Free Banking (IFB) is advantageous

Position 4: Branch Manager
Qualification

- IFB training or certification is advantageous

Position 5: Senior Graphics Designer & Video Editor Officer
Qualification
- Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related fields
Experience
- 3 years (Master’s) or 4 years (Bachelor’s) relevant work experience
- At least 2 years experience in graphics design and video editing
Duty Station
- Addis Ababa (Head Office)
Position 6: Senior Brand Strategy and Standard Officer
Qualification
- Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Accounting, Management, or related fields
Experience
- 3 years (Master’s) or 4 years (Bachelor’s) relevant experience
- At least 2 years experience in brand strategy
- IFB certification is advantageous

Position 7: Manager – Marketing & Business Communication
Qualification
- Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields
Experience
- 6 years (Master’s) or 8 years (Bachelor’s) relevant work experience
- At least 2 years experience in a supervisory role
- IFB training certification is mandatory
