Position 1: Customer Service Officer
Qualification: BA in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related
Experience: Minimum 2 years in banking operations
Knowledge of Interest-Free Banking (IFB) is a plus
Locations: Addis Ababa, Tepi, Dilla, Woldia, Mersa, Seka Chekorsa, Serbo, Haremaya, Goba, Sheger City

Position 2: Senior Customer Service Officer
Qualification: BA in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related
Experience: Minimum 3 years in banking operations
IFB knowledge is advantageous
Locations: Same as above

Position 3: Branch Manager I
Qualification: BA in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related
Experience: Minimum 6 years in banking, preferably in leadership roles
Locations: Addis Ababa, Mersa, Goba, Harar, Ajbar, Welkite, Seka Chekorsa, Serbo, Sheger City

Position 4: Branch Operation Supervisor
Qualification: BA in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related
Experience: Minimum 4 years in banking operations
Locations: Multiple including Addis Ababa, Dilla, Goba, Tepi, Woldia

Position 5: Core Banking Officer
Qualification: BSc in IT, Computer Science, or Software Engineering
Experience: Minimum 2 years in IT-related fields
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 6: Senior Core Banking Officer
Qualification: BA in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related
Experience: Minimum 4 years in core banking systems
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 7: Senior Network Administrator II
Qualification: BSc in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering
Experience: Minimum 4 years in network administration
