As part of its rapid expansion strategy, the company is strengthening its finance team with skilled professionals to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
Position 1: Internal Auditor
Qualification:
- BA Degree in Accounting and Finance
Experience & Skills:
- 2–4 years of directly related work experience
- Knowledge of ERP systems
- Strong computer literacy
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in reviewing financial transactions
- Verify accuracy of accounting and inventory records
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Conduct inventory counts and internal audits
- Identify financial risks and suggest controls
- Perform other audit-related duties as assigned
Position 2: Senior Accountant
Qualification:
- BA in Accounting from a governmental university
Experience & Skills:
- 3–5 years of relevant work experience
- Mandatory experience with Peachtree Accounting Software
- Strong understanding of budgeting, financial reporting, and reconciliation
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage profit and loss reporting
- Conduct regular bank reconciliations
- Monitor costs and prepare quarterly forecasts
- Support the Finance Manager with delegated tasks
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance
