- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of banking experience; knowledge of IFB is a plus

2. Senior Customer Service Officer
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in banking operations; knowledge of IFB is advantageous

3. Branch Manager I
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields
- Experience: Minimum 6 years in banking operations; IFB knowledge preferred

4. Branch Operation Supervisor
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields

5. Customer Service Supervisor

6. Customer Service Manager
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in banking operations; IFB knowledge is an asset
- Locations: Shashemane, Bale Robe, Jimma
7. IT Security Officer
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related fields
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of demonstrated experience in IT security
- Location: Head Office, Addis Ababa
8. Senior System Administrator
- Qualification:
- Master’s degree with 4 years relevant experience, or
- Bachelor’s degree with 5 years relevant experience (3 years in system administration)
- Location: Head Office, Addis Ababa
Note:
Training or knowledge in Interest-Free Banking (IFB) is considered advantageous for all positions.
